A major Sugar mill of Pakistan is planning to buy two Bagasse cum Furnace Oil fired Boilers. The specifications of the same are as under:

Steam Flow - 80 Tons/hr.
Steam Pressure 25 Bars G.
Steam Temperature 350 deg C.
Fuel Sugarcane bagasse, with 50% Moisture, and Furnace Oil.
Quantity required - 2nos.

2. Site Information:     -Minimum & Maximum Temperatures: -1 Degrees C to 35 degrees C-Minimum & Maximum Humidity: 10-30%-Elevation above sea level: 60 M above sea level 3. The following information on auxiliaries:     -Bagasse calorific value: 1,800.00 K Cal per Kg.    -Furnace oil calorific value: Bunker C Oil 9,500.00 K Cal per Kg.-Chemical analysis of Feed water: Mainly steam Condensate from Boiler-Temperature of Feed Water: 90-95 Degrees C 4. Electrical specifications at site: 380 V, 50 Hertz, 3 Phase Our Company has over 35 years experience of working with Chinese companies for machinery and Complete Projects.
